On the nose this mezcal is discreet and spicy with nutty and vanilla aromas from the wood being predominant. On the palate, acidity and alcoholic perception is low, wth a silk texture and notes of vanilla and almond, characteristics due to the ageing in wooden barrels. On the finish there are notes of burnt milk with sugar.
